Job Summary
Curro Holdings seeks to appoint a full‑time Administrator: Legal & Compliance to provide administrative support to the legal and compliance department, commencing in April 2026. The ideal candidate will be experienced in administrative support and will be required to prepare bundles for matters to be heard at the CCMA, assist with 3rd party contract management and record keeping, assist with preparation of regulatory bundles (e.g. Umalusi, Department of Labour), etc. This is an in‑office position based in Pretoria East.
Job Description

Administrative support

  • Provide assistance to the head of department as required
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal department as required, e.g. prepare bundles for CCMA and Umalusi

 

Contract management

  • Assist with management of the contract management calendar

 

Compliance

  • Assist with management of the compliance dashboard

 

Policies

  • Assist with management of the policy dashboard

 

Legal updates

  • Assist with research and maintain register for legal updates e.g. manage Lexis Nexis
Key Skills / Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Legal Secretary qualification is advantageous
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in administrative support
